Q: Will I receive a proof of my order?
A: Yes. You will receive a faxed or e-mailed copy of your proof.
Q: How long to complete my order?
A: Most orders will be completed 5-7 business days from proof approval.
Q: How will I receive my order?
A: We typically ship our order via UPS Ground unless otherwise noted.
Q: Are credit terms available?
A: Credit terms are available, however they are not available with any on-line
order.
Q: What types of credit cards do you accept?
A: Diner's Club, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
Q: What types of artwork is acceptable?
A: We accept Illustrator CS, Quark 6.0, PhotoShop CS, Adobe InDesign, and properly
formatted PDF files.
Q: What should I include with my artwork?
A: You should provide all original application files, fonts, and placed images. (please note that all photos should be 300dpi or better)
